Holland Water invites high-caliber providers of building (water) management services – from any country in the world – to become a national or regional distributor of HW watertech systems.
Upgrade Estate develops and manages sustainable housing for students, young professionals, and businesses, focusing on connecting people in Belgium. Operating under the brand names Upkot, Upliving, and Upoffiz, they distinguish themselves by handling the daily management of their properties. Alongside social and economic sustainability, their ecological sustainability strategy is to become a net zero carbon organization by 2035.
To eliminate operational CO2 emissions, they have been focusing on the electrification of their buildings since 2020. Heat pumps replace gas boilers, and new buildings are powered solely by electricity. However, heating with heat pumps brings challenges. While it allows for heating at lower temperatures, it also makes water more vulnerable to bacteria, including legionella. This led Upgrade Estate to partner with Holland Water.
Thanks to HW Bifipro®, we can keep our installations running at low temperatures without compromising tenant comfort. In addition to the initial installation, Holland Water ensures the periodic monitoring of water quality through sampling, so we can see the results at delivery and throughout the building’s entire lifespan. This is another example of a sustainable partnership.
Holland Water invites high-caliber providers of building (water) management services – from any country in the world – to become a national or regional distributor of HW watertech systems.
"Two decades ago we set out to develop the very best anti-legionella watertech. We’ve done this with purpose and precision and never stopped fine-tuning. Now we have a new goal: to distribute our superior systems across the globe."
